Refund policy

15-day returns & exchanges

You may request a return within 15 calendar days after your order is delivered. Email info@elelshop.com with your order number and the item you wish to return.

Return eligibility

For a change-of-mind return, items must be unused, complete with their accessories and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. Please contact us before sending anything back. We will provide the correct return address and instructions; do not return items to the sender address on the parcel unless we confirm it.

Arrival guarantee: damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or different from your order, contact us promptly with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos help us resolve the problem. We will offer a replacement or refund and cover reasonable return shipping for a confirmed defect or our error. This arrival guarantee is not a promise of a separate fixed-duration manufacturer warranty, and it does not limit any statutory warranty or other rights you have.

Return shipping and exchanges

For change-of-mind returns, you pay the return shipping cost. We do not charge a restocking fee. Original delivery charges are not refunded for change-of-mind returns except where required by law. For an exchange, contact us to arrange return of the original item and availability of the replacement. Do not place a replacement order unless you intend to pay for it.

Refunds

We will inspect the returned item and notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the credit. Contact us if more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund.

Bundles

Return the complete bundle for a full bundle refund. If a partial return is agreed, the refund reflects the returned item's allocated share of the price actually paid, not its standalone list price. Defective components can be resolved individually.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy removes mandatory cancellation, return, refund or warranty rights under applicable consumer law. Where those rights provide greater protection, they take precedence over this policy.
