Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded or restricted.

Using the store

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement, or have appropriate permission from a parent or guardian. Use the website lawfully and do not attempt to interfere with its security or other visitors' access.

Products and information

We aim to describe products and set contents accurately. Colors may look different on different screens. Some images illustrate play concepts; X-ray illustrations are conceptual and are not exact technical drawings. Follow the age rating, supervision guidance and setup instructions on the supplied packaging.

Prices and orders

Prices are shown in the store currency, with applicable shipping and taxes shown at checkout. Check your selected set and quantity before placing an order. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. If we cannot fulfil it or discover a material pricing or description error, we will contact you and refund any payment for an order we cancel. We will not substitute a materially different item without your agreement.

Payment, delivery and returns

Payments are processed through the available checkout payment providers. Our Shipping Policy and Return & Exchange Policy explain delivery, 15-day return requests and the arrival guarantee.

Customer content

Send only content you are entitled to share. We will request permission before publishing a submitted review, name or photo. We do not invent customer reviews or label unverified purchases as verified.

Privacy and external services

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Shopify hosts our store; payment providers and other service providers may process information needed to deliver their services.

Responsibility and disputes

We remain responsible for obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud or any other liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Contact us first about a problem so we can seek a fair resolution. These terms do not deprive you of mandatory rights or access to courts and remedies available in your place of residence.

Changes

We may update these terms for future use of the store. The terms applicable when you place an order continue to govern that order unless a change is legally required or agreed with you.
